Fırat Ömür

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) and a Master's degree (MBA) from Salisbury University in the USA, Fırat Ömür began his career at Mobil Oil Türk A.Ş. Following this, he held regional roles at British Petroleum (BP), including business support management and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) leadership, covering Turkey and Europe.

Throughout his career, Fırat Ömür has held senior management positions (Deputy General Manager) at leading fuel and energy companies such as Balpet and Alpet. At Lukoil A.Ş., he led commercial operations as Supply and Wholesale Director, representing the company on international platforms. Subsequently, he served as a senior strategic consultant at OYAK A.Ş., focusing on corporate governance, ESG compliance, and energy investments.

With over 30 years of international experience in the energy, petrochemical, and industrial markets, Fırat Ömür... With a vision of corporate governance focused on strategic leadership, risk management, and transparency, the company is proficient in corporate governance, strategic leadership, P&L management, stakeholder and public relations, mergers and acquisitions processes, and international negotiations. It is fluent in English and German.
