According to the principles determined in view of the secondary legislation put in force within this scope by the Turkish Trade Law, the Capital Market Law and the Legislative Decree Nr. 660, at the Ordinary General Board meeting of Ditaş held on March 29 th 2022, it was decided to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi as the independent audit organization to carry the independent auditing of the financial reports of our Company for the accounting period between January 1st 2022 – December 31st 2022 and the other related activities
